What is acne?

acne (pimples), is a skin problem that starts when oil and dead skin cells clog your pores. If you only have a few red spots, or pimples, you have a mild form of acne. Severe acne (Severe Acne) can mean hundreds of pimples that can cover the face, neck, chest, and back. Alternatively, it can be bigger, solid, red painful lumps (cysts).

Most young people get at least mild acne (mild acne). It usually gets better after 10 years. But many adult women have acne in the days before their menstrual period.

Symptoms of acne include black spots (blackheads), and red spots (pimples). It can occur on the face, neck, shoulders, back, or chest. Pimples that are large and deep are called cystic lesions. It can be a pain if they are infected. They can also be scarring of the skin.

How do I get rid of acne? (Acne Care / Treatment)

To cope with acne, keep your skin clean. Avoid skin products that can clog pores. Look for products that say "noncomedogenic (does not cause blackheads)" on the label. Wash your skin once or twice daily with a mild soap or soap acne. Try to scrub (scrub) or gouged pimples. This can make them worse and can lead to scarring.

If you only have a few pimples to treat, you can use the cream (cream) without prescription acne. Find that contain benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. Use as directed.

And if you're a woman, you have to prevent pregnancy by using two forms of birth control. Even one dose of this medication can cause birth defects if a woman takes when she is pregnant. You should not take isotretinoin if you are breast-feeding.

There are skin treatments that can help acne scars look better and smoother. Consultation with your doctor about it. The best treatment for you depends on how severe the acne scars.
